The Construction Department is located at the Delaware Township Municipal Building – 570 Rosemont Ringoes Road, Sergeantsville, NJ 08557. There are no office hours at Stockton Borough Hall.

Construction Office services are provided to the Borough of Stockton through a Shared Services Agreement with Delaware Township Construction Office.
The Construction Department issues permits and conducts inspections for construction, repairs and renovations, additions, electric and gas service upgrades, demolition, roofing, siding, swimming pools, sheds, replacement of hot water heaters and removal of tanks, etc.
The office also enforces compliance with all State rules and regulations regarding construction.
