2026 STOCKTON GARBAGE & RECYCLING SCHEDULE 

(NOTE: SCHEDULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE SINCE OUR EXISTING CONTRACT IS EXPIRING)

Solid Waste pick up:

  • Every Tuesday and Friday (holidays and storms may require next day pickup)

Recycling:

  • Alternate Fridays (holidays and storms may require next day pickup. * indicates days when recycling may be delayed due to holidays.)

Wash All Your Containers and Jars for Recycling

Contaminated products CANNOT be Recycled and will end up in the landfill.

Combine: Aluminum/Steel/Cans/Glass Bottles/Plastics #1-7

Bundle: Newspaper/Magazines/Junk Mail/Books/Brown Paper Bags/Cardboard

 Do Not Recycle: Styrofoam/Plastic Bags/Ceramics/Oil Jugs

GARBAGE COLLECTION: Tuesdays and Fridays* (Trash and Bulk Waste)

*Pick up may be delayed one day for holidays:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

Trash should be placed no earlier than 3:00 pm the previous day.
Empty cans must be removed within 12 hours of collection day.
